Shipping

Postage is available to the UK only and is charged as follows:

Tracked 48- Up to 2kg - £3.50

Tracked 24- Up to 2kg - £4.50

(All weights above include packaging)

Orders over £30 (after any discounts have been applied) qualify for free Tracked 48 shipping. We endeavour to post orders as soon as possible but in busy times it may take up to 3 working days to dispatch. We post Monday - Friday except Bank Holidays.

Orders will be sent by Royal mail. Parcels sent by Tracked 48 should arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch and Tracked 24 should arrive within 1 working day of dispatch. However as per Royal Mail's Terms and Conditions, this is an aim not a guarantee.

Large orders may be sent out in multiple parcels or by courier.

Please be aware that delivery times to the Scottish highlands and Islands are often longer than stated.

In the case of missing packages, Royal Mail will not investigate until 15 working days have passed from the posting date. For this period we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

We cannot be held responsible for a missing parcel if the wrong address was provided.

Where an order is returned by Royal Mail undelivered, we will give you the option to have that order re-sent. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery if the wrong address was provided or the parcel was not collected from the sorting office.

Please note: all delivery dates are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries caused by Royal Mail.

We will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Free Click and collect for customers local to Hinckley, Leicestershire- Once you have placed your order please send us a message letting us know you would like to do click and collect. We will then refund your shipping and we will arrange a suitable time for you to pick up your order.
